By accessing or using Clamo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Clamo provides an evidence-based Chinese language learning platform utilizing spaced repetition algorithms, high-variability phonetic drills, and graded reading exercises. We offer both guest learning access and registered user accounts.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, software code, character breakdown algorithms, and pedagogical designs are the intellectual property of Clamo and its contributors.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clamo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
